Creative Lighting in macro Photography Workshop in Singapore

Creative Lighting in macro Photography Workshop in Singapore

The Skipper family ( Hesperiidae ) is a common butterfly found in many parts of Singapore. Here I used the different ambient light and flash light power to control the different effect of the final image. Which one do you like ?

I personally prefer the more natural looking image, the centre image.

This is done by balancing the ambient light and the TTL flash power on the camera. By adjusting both light sources, you can create a different picture like you see here.

You can learn more creative lighting techniques in the 2 day Macro Photography Workshop in Singapore.
